Before your visit
Please read and follow the below steps before you visit the store.

Repair times
Repairs normally take 1 to 2 working days to complete, but times are subject to the availability of parts. If you bring your iPhone in before 12pm we will aim to repair your screen or battery on the same day. This is not always possible, so if you want to be sure please call us before visiting the store on 03333 44 99 44.

Our repair centres are open Monday – Saturday in Cheltenham and Oxford and Monday – Friday in all other stores 9-5.30PM.

Back up your data
Please make sure you back up the data on your device – either on your computer, external hard drive or using iCloud.

Remove Find My
To service your device, Find My will need to be temporarily turned off. In order to turn off Find My, you must know your Apple ID and Password.

Vintage devices
If your device is vintage we may not be able to repair it. Apple does not supply parts for vintage devices. However, we may still be able to complete a diagnosis of your device and complete any software repairs. Check the link below to see if your device is classified as vintage.
