If your product is covered under Apple warranty or the Western Computer two year guarantee, there will be no charge for fault diagnosis, labor or parts. Please bring your original receipt if possible.

Quick turnaround

We aim to diagnose the fault within 1-2 working days for Mac, iOS devices can be diagnosed at the point of booking in. Generally parts are delivered next day, however, on some occasions this can take up to 4 days. Non powering on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch can take 4-6 days.

There is no need to contact us for an update on your service job. We will keep you up-to-date every step of the way by email and let you know as soon as your product is ready to be collected.

‘You & Me’ provides in-store advice and training, tailored to whatever you need to know next. We can take you on a tour of the Apple operating systems as well as setting up the essentials to get started.

We check for anything that effects performance such as adware extensions and unnecessary anti-virus software.  We assess where we can improve the devices performance. Finally we clean the machine itself and provide future advisories.

We can transfer everything safely from your old device to your new one. We set up your user accounts, transfer mail accounts and Safari bookmarks and transfer all documents, pictures, iTunes music and applications.

Our comprehensive service ensures all your data is taken across from your old device to your new iPhone or iPad. Including your documents, pictures and apps. Our staff will also transfer your vital statistics such as your Apple ID, email accounts, settings and preferences.
