Operations and Customer Services Co-Ordinator (Full-Time)
Cheltenham

Join us at our Head office. We provide a complete Apple package, selling a wide range of Apple and third-party products, giving advice, training and ongoing support to our customers.

We are looking for an Operations & Customer Service Support with a passion for Apple technology to join us at our Cheltenham based office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will take the lead of our customer communications, this includes phone calls, emails and website chat features. You will be a spokesperson for the Western Computer brand and the Apple Experts voice we provide our customers. (Full training provided)
  • You will be responsible for daily operational tasks across the stores, head office and business teams. This will involve order management, couriers, claims and device enrolment.
  • You will provide key support for the rest of the teams and fulfil administrative tasks related to sales, marketing and product. Ensuring the smooth running of operations between all areas of the business.
  • You will be involved in the management of our eCommerce store. This includes some basic maintenance of the website such as creating product listings, updating pricing/promotions and online customer communication. We use a WordPress/WooCommerce platform, basic IT skills are essential.
  • You will also work in tandem with the Marketing Manager and Operations Manager contributing towards daily operational and marketing/eCommerce tasks.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work individually and as part of a wider team.

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help run our Chelmsford Store.

Previous store management is not essential but a background in retail supervisory role is. Are you looking for a step up from your current role? Ideally, you will possess;

A strong retail background including, stock control, driving sales, providing excellent customer service and the management and constant mentoring of a team of sales people.

An understanding and passion for Apple technology. You should have a good understanding of iOS & MacOS and be able to demonstrate that understanding to all levels of customer.

The skills to understand a customer’s needs and provide the perfect Apple solution.

Service Technician 
Oxford

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in IT!

We only deal with Apple products, servicing thousands of Macs, iPhones and iPads each year.

From simple jobs such as replacing an entire device under warranty to in-depth and complicated work such as diagnosing and replacing an entire logic board in a Mac Pro, you will learn how to work on all Apple devices, receive on-site training from our team and eventually become a fully trained Apple Authorised Technician.
