Shipping and delivery
We offer free UK delivery or in store collection with online store purchases. Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery. We aim to achieve the following delivery times for both UK delivery and in-store collection:
• Mon – Thur (Ordered before 1pm) > Next working day delivery
• Fri > Monday delivery
• Sat – Sun > Tuesday delivery

Click and Collect
You can click and collect your order from any of our 6 stores. Just check out as normal and select your store of choice to collect from. Once the order is ready for collection, the store will reach out to you directly to let you know its ready for collection.
You will need to bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and a valid proof of photo ID for us to release your order to you. Please do not try to collect your order before you have received confirmation from the store.
Online Store Returns and Cancellations
If you change your mind and wish to return your product, you may do so providing the product is back with us within 30 days of delivery or collection. Please fill out the Return Request Form below to receive the return instructions from us. If you no longer want your home delivery order, you will still need to accept delivery of the product. Returns must be sealed and in their original packaging. Once you have completed the returns form below, a member of the team will be in contact with returns instructions.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please fill out the form below. Once you have done this we will process your cancellation and you will receive confirmation from us once your refund has been processed. If returning an order, we will contact you with return instructions.
