Our Service Repair Centre is based in Bristol and our workshop
is regularly inspected by Apple. Our technicians are all
Apple trained and certified. The parts we use are sourced only
from Apple and our repairs do not affect your warranty status.
You can carry your Mac or iPad into any one of our Apple Premium
Reseller stores. Your Mac will be booked in, allocated a job number
and transported to our central Service Repair Centre. The
collection/return service operates three times a week. Once your
repair is completed it will be returned to the store and you will
be notified that it is ready for collection. This whole process
normally takes less than five days. You are able to check on the
status of your job online via our web site.
If you wish to take your Mac directly into our Bristol store, we
will normally perform a diagnosis the same day. You may park
directly adjacent to the store and our technicians will assist in
carrying in the equipment if requested.
If your Apple product is in warranty or has AppleCare cover then
there will be no charge for a hardware repair. If the product is
out of warranty then we will charge £65 + VAT per hour labour plus
the cost of any parts required. We will provide a written estimate
for the repair and only proceed when we have received your
authorisation. All repairs come with a 90 day Apple warranty.
