help, whether you think there may be something wrong with your Mac,
or even if you just want to know how to get the most out of it.
Your local Western (Apple Premium Reseller) store is a good
place to start should you require assistance or
advice. Western store staff are friendly and always eager to
help you get the most from your computer, iPod or Mac-related
software and accessories.
We cannot guarantee someone will be available to help all the
time with every problem but we do our best to please. We ask
that you consider our need to serve all of our customers equally
and fairly. It is not always possible for our store staff to engage
in lengthy support sessions, particularly during busy lunch hours
and weekends.
Our store staff are general Mac enthusiasts and each of them is
part of an ongoing training programme. They are not dedicated
support technicians and do not have all the answers, but they will
help out where they can and regularly do.
