Whether you are experiencing Mac system problems or just need

Desk will provide the expertise and help you need. Our Help Desk
staff have extensive knowledge of the Mac OS and leading Mac
applications, so most issues can be resolved in a single call. The
Help Desk operates Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30pm. Any member
of your staff is able to use the service. Simply dial in on
our dedicated line and explain your problem. We will provide a
solution.
If our technician cannot resolve the issue over the phone, our
Remote Access software will allow us to take control of your Mac
and fix the problem for you. The process is secure as you provide
us with a unique PIN code that lasts only for that session.
The plan provides one year of support for an unlimited number of
incidents on up to five Macs for only £499. The plan is scalable
and can be extended to cover further Macs if required. A Mac
Help Desk Server support plan is also available and includes cover
for Mac OS X Server software and up to five clients. This plan
costs £699 for a single server, but can be extended to cover
further servers.
