As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, all of our service centre technicians are trained and certified by Apple. Our service centres and working practices are subject to regular Apple quality control to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of customer care and technical expertise. Our service technicians will only use genuine Apple authorised parts.

We can service all Apple products in and out of warranty including Mac, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, Apple Accessories and Beats.

Free warranty repairs.

If your product is covered under Apple warranty or the Western Computer 2 Year Guarantee, there will be no charges for fauly diagnosis, labour or parts. Please bring your original receipt if possible.

Quick turnaround.

We aim to diagnose the fault within 1 working day. Generally parts are delivered next day, however, on some occasions this can take up to 4 days. Non powering on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch can take 4-6 days.

Regular updates.

There is no need to contact us for an update on your service job. We will keep you up-to-date every step of the way by email and let you know as soon as your product is ready to be collected. 

Out of warranty repairs.

For out of warranty repairs we charge a fixed labour charge of £39.00 for iPhone, iPad and iPod and £84.00 for Mac. Once we have inspected and diagnosed your product, we will then send you a quotation for the parts. There will be no additional charge for labour. Fees are excluded from iPhone same-day screen repairs and battery replacements, please see pricing below.

Same-day iPhone screen repair.

Cracked iPhone screen? We can repair your damaged screen and have your iPhone back the same day. We use genuine Apple parts to deliver Apple-certified repairs, which are backed by Apple, so you'll get your iPhone back and working exactly the way it should. Bring your iPhone to us by 1PM and we'll have it ready for pick up later that day.*

Same-day iPhone battery replacement.

Same-day iPhone battery replacement service is available for iPhone SE or newer models, Monday-Friday only.

The above pricing is dependent on your iPhone's condition, all devices will be inspected before the repair continues.

Our service technicians work Monday - Friday. However, drop off and collection is available during the weekend.  




How do I book in a repair?

There’s no need to book an appointment – just bring your product in anytime during opening hours and we’ll get the process started.

You will need to complete the following before visiting us:

• You will need to have an email address before we can book in your product.
• If you are booking in an Apple Watch, ensure that it is un-paired with your iPhone. Click
here to find out how to do this.
• Remove your device from ‘Find my iPhone’. Further information on how to do this is available
• Ensure that you back up your data.
• Remove your case, screen protector or SIM card from your iPhone or iPad.
• Please bring along your original receipt if possible.
• Please do not bring along the packaging or any additional accessories.
• Appointments aren't neccessary however, if you do wish to book an appointment please click 


Can I get telephone technical support?

AppleCare provides expert telephone technical support for your Apple product. Complimentary telephone support is available for 90 days on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. You can contact AppleCare by calling 0800 107 6285. Ensure that you have your product serial number to hand before calling.

Please note that our stores are unable to provide technical support over the telephone.


Can you give me an estimate over the telephone?

We are unable to provide estimates over the telephone. Your product will need to be inspected and diagnosed by our Apple Authorised Service Technicians before we are able to provide you with a cost for repair. If your product is in warranty or covered by the Western Computer guarantee, there will be no charge for the repair.

Can all Apple products be serviced?

Yes, as an Apple Authorised Service Provider we repair all Apple products including Mac, iPad, iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, Apple Accessories and Beats. Unfortunately, we are unable to service products which are over 6 years old.

Do you repair cracked screens?

Yes, we repair cracked screens at all of our service centres. Please bring your product into our stores for an inspection and diagnosis.

Is my product covered by warranty or the Western Computer guarantee?

Input your product serial number here to check whether your product is under Apple’s warranty. If your product was purchased from 1st May 2016, it may be covered by the two-year Western Computer guarantee. Further information about the Western Computer guarantee is available here. We will be unable to repair products under warranty or guarantee with evidence of internal damage such as water contamination or non-authorised Apple parts. However, we will provide you with a cost for fixing your product.

Can you repair my Apple product if I didn’t originally buy it from a Western Computer store?

Yes - we repair all Apple products with a worldwide warranty, not just those purchased from Western Computer.
