Please ensure you have a back up of your device before your device is handed in for repair. Some services may require data and applications to be erased, Western Computer is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any data loss which may occur as a result of the services we provide.

Can I drop off the device to you?

For the safety of you and our Apple-certified technicians our repair centre is not open to the public. We are only offering a mail-in service. 

 

Do you collect repairs?

If you are unable to send your device to us we can organise a courier to collect the device from your address at a charge of £10.26.

 

How much is it to get my device returned?

For us to return your device it will cost £7.60. 

 

What do I do if I do not wish to proceed with my out of warranty repair?

There is a £7.60 fee to send your device back to you. 

For Mac there is an additional £84 charge diagnosis and inspection fee.  

 

How do I make payment?   

For invoices under £300 payment can be taken over the phone, for anything over £300 BACs payment is required.  

 

Do you offer a zero-contact service?  

Yes, our delivery and collection services offer a zero-contact service.
