Planning Essentials.

Planning Essentials is a half-day workshop to engage school leadership teams in planning and accelerating a successful deployment with Apple.

We’re pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in a hands-on workshop that sets the stage for your school leadership team to build a readiness plan to support your implementation of Apple technology throughout your school.
This is the first workshop in the Leading Innovation Series designed to support schools to enable their vision for learning with technology.

What you will experience

• Examine essential elements for creating a technology-rich learning environment based on best practices from schools around the world.
• Discover an integrated approach to managing your project through each stage of implementation.
• Learn about a project management process that sets expectations and develops and manages project scope.
• Create an individual project plan that identifies and plans for risk and issue management.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll leave with the beginnings of an effective plan grounded in your vision for a more relevant and personal learning environment.

Who should attend

This workshop is designed for a three-person leadership team from your school responsible for delivering your technology initiative.
Teams should include a headteacher, curriculum director, and IT director or their equivalents.
