Dear Customers

Following the Prime Minister’s announcements on Monday evening, I thought it was an appropriate time to update you on the situation at Western Computer.

We kept our Retail stores open for as long as we possibly could and, in doing so, hopefully helped lots of you to set up for working at home. In line with government guidance, however, the time has now come to temporarily close our stores.

Our online store remains open, however, and deliveries are operating normally. You can, therefore, purchase online at and enjoy the support provided by our store local to you, once things have normalised.

Our Business sales and support teams are now home working but it’s very much a case of "business as usual" for our business customers.

We will also continue to fulfil our on-site service agreements, working, of course, within government guidelines.

I would like to thank you all for your continued support in these unprecedented times.

Most important of all, I hope that your families and yourselves stay safe and well.
