If not upgrading, the estimated total over 31 months is £836.71 after which the device can be kept. In order to upgrade, the device being handed back would need to be returned in the pre-agreed condition and the balance of the agreement would be settled. If the device is not as per the pre-agreed condition, we would advise of repair cost or a reduced trade in value.
