Ideally, you will possess: 


A strong retail background including, stock control, driving sales, providing excellent customer service and the management and constant mentoring of a team of sales people.
A good understanding and passion for Apple technology
The skills to understand a customer's needs and provide the perfect solution
A friendly, confident personality with excellent communication skills
An organised and professional manner
Please include a covering letter that details your past retail experience and knowledge of Apple products as this is essential to the role.

Apple Service Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated I.T Technician / laptop repair technician to work in our soon to launch Chester Store. The successful candidate must have experience in inspecting and diagnosing and/or repairing computers and mobile phones. We would prefer a candidate with some customer-facing skills. Experience in working with Apple products would be a huge advantage.

The day to day running of a busy Apple Service centre.
Diagnosing and repairing iMacs, MacBooks, iPhones and iPads with both software and hardware faults.
Replacing existing hardware devices.
Component level repairs including motherboards and graphics card.
Integrating with a strong team of friendly staff.
Using Apple's Global Service Exchange database on a daily basis.
Responsible for ordering, stocking and returning of official Apple parts.
Maintaining our high level of Apple KPI scoring.
Dealing with customers face to face in a professional and empathetic manner.


Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

Must have previous experience of computer or phone hardware repair in a commercial environment.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to think on your feet.
Excellent communication skills both face to face and email.
