Who should attend?
This course is suitable for delegates without
any knowledge of QuarkXPress. No design
skills are
assumed. Suitable for those new to making
up
artwork; marketing people who wish to generate
simple advertisements; those in charge of
in-house
publications; people requiring a concise
overview of
electronic publishing.
What
are the course requirements?
Delegates should have a good understanding
of the
Mac OS and ideally have used a Mac for
several
months.
Completion of the following courses preferable:

What are the training course objectives?
This is an introductory course, intended
for those who
have never used QuarkXPress before. On completion
of the course, delegates should be able to
produce in
house publications, advertisements, and other
artwork,
with an understanding of how to effectively
combine
photographs, graphics and text in a layout.

Most delegates will complete at least

full exercises during the two days. In
