Do you want to bring something back?
We hope you enjoy your new product. However, should you wish to
return it you can do so within 30 days from the date of receipt as
long as the item has not been used or the packaging opened.
What if it doesn't work?
If your product is inoperable from first use, return it to the
store within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a new
replacement or a full refund.
In the case of Software we regret that we cannot offer a refund
once the product has been opened. If the disk is faulty we will
replace it.
Items returned to the store after 14 days will be repaired by
our Service Department.
Proof of purchase is required for all returned items. We are
unable to refund any items that have been ordered specifically for
a customer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
