Our Western Care Support Plans offer comprehensive support on
your Apple systems. They include our Help Desk cover but with added on-site
support and hardware cover. Support is offered on desktop
systems, network configurations, servers, professional software
applications and key peripheral devices such as RAID and back up
storage systems.
If a call to our Help Desk cannot resolve the problem, then we
will send a qualified technician within a guaranteed response time
of eight working hours to fix the problem. The support extends to
an unlimited number of incidents in any one year.
A Western Care Support plan will reduce system down time on
mission critical devices, support your hard pressed in house IT
support resources, give you peace of mind and all for a fixed
budget with no hidden extra costs.
The plans are scalable, but three plans offer different levels
of cover.
Western Care standard package includes the Help
Desk but with added on-site software cover. This means that a
technician will be sent to your premises to perform software fixes
that cannot be done remotely. Any parts required will incur an
additional charge.
Western Care Plus is a higher level of cover that
includes hardware, so there is no charge for any parts needed in a
repair. It also provides replacement loan equipment, as most
hardware has to be taken back to the controlled environment of our
Service Repair Centre to be repaired.
Western Care Express offers all the benefits of
Western Care Plus package but with a guaranteed response time of
four hours.
