manager to look after their needs. The account manager will take
the time to understand what you require from your Apple based IT.
It is their role to develop an ongoing relationship and provide
advice and information on Apple technologies. The account manager
will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of your
account, acting as a single point of contact and being on hand to
resolve any problems that may be encountered with the purchase and
support of your Apple products.
The account manager will meet regularly at a location of your
choice to provide help and advice on anything from a simple OS
upgrade to the deployment of a complete new studio or laboratory of
