Western is an authorised Apple Service Provider and offers warranty repairs on all Apple equipment less than a year old. For equipment over a year old a chargeable bench repair service is offered.
All faults are diagnosed using
procedures laid out by Apple and using the Apple
diagnostic tools. Where the machine is out of
warranty, a report is submitted to the customer
detailing the extent of the problem, the parts
required, estimated completion time of repair
and cost. No further work is undertaken without
the consent of the customer.
Repairs are completed in-house
and all parts used are provided by the manufacturer
and are fully warranted.
