Gold Service
Guaranteed response within eight working hours, all parts and labour covered. Loan equipment provided if repair cannot be made on site. Absolutely no additional charges.
Silver Service
Guaranteed response within eight working hours, labour covered. Parts and any loan equipment are charged extra.
Telephone Support
Permanently staffed help desk giving diagnostics and assistance on Mac operating systems. Full telephone technical support and monthly technical bulletin are included on all levels of cover.
