    This is an introductory course designed to give delegates the knowledge to resolve simple hardware faults and software problems. No technical knowledge is assumed and, where required, clear explanations are given. Attendee’s questions are encouraged. Attending this course should save hours of lost time and reduce blood pressure levels.

    Who Should Attend?

    People working on their own who rely on a Mac. Those who find themselves in charge of a small group of Macs. Anyone who wants to be able to cure simple problems without recourse to a help line. IT support professionals may wish to consider macOS Support Essentials for a more technically intensive course.

    Prerequisites
    Delegates should have a good understanding of the macOS and have used a Mac for several months.
