    Course Objectives
    This two-day course is designed for I.T. staff and is split into six main sections covering the fundamentals of macOS technical support: Installation, users, storage, data, applications and advanced.

    The course is a mixture of lectures and hands-on exercises. Delegates will take the Mac from initial configuration to advanced setup using step-by-step guides and techniques that mimic real-world scenarios.

    If you are supporting Macs currently or are considering adding Mac computers to your system, this course is a great starting point for your I.T. staff.
