System Installation
Our installation service is scalable to meet the needs of both
large organisations and small businesses. We will commission
equipment and deliver to the customer site. We install software,
third party hardware devices and connect desktop systems to your
network infrastructure. We configure Apple servers, RAID storage
devices and program auto back up devices. The service extends to
equipment purchased from other vendors and includes memory and hard
drive upgrades.
Call out Service
If you are experiencing a problem with your Macs and need an
experienced technician on site to resolve it, then we offer a
chargeable call out service. The service covers both hardware and
software issues.
System Health Checks
Health checks are designed to restore your systems to full
vigour. The service is customer specified so we will do as you ask.
Our technician will attend your site at your convenience and
perform disk defragmentation, system rebuilds and remove unwanted
downloads. We will run diagnostic tools and check for viruses.
Advice is also offered on System utilities.
System Audits
We can provide resources to help you fully audit your systems.
Our technicians will check all systems and provide a comprehensive
report. The report will include the following information on all
systems: product serial number, full hardware specification
including processor, memory, drive configuration and any additional
processor cards, Mac OS version and a list of all application
software with version number. We will make any necessary
recommendations needed to improve the performance and stability of
your systems.
