Marketing Manager
Cheltenham


We are looking for an experienced marketing manager with a passion for Apple technology to join us at our Cheltenham based office.

Key Responsibilities

To plan and implement marketing campaigns that drive increased footfall to the Apple Premium Reseller Stores and generate sales enquiries for the Education and Business sales teams.

To be responsible for managing the marketing budgets including Apple provided marketing funds. Manage all communications with Apple including plan submission, campaign execution and proof of activity. Secure funding from third-party vendors for co-operative marketing activities.

Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Report on campaign return on investment and make recommendations.

Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Be responsible for managing of all campaign media including outdoor, press, direct mail, radio, online and social media.

To organise and manage events in support of marketing campaigns.

To oversee the social media strategy for the company.

To work with the Systems and Product Manager to develop digital media campaigns including email, website and social media.

To produce customer case studies highlighting how Western’s products and services have been successfully implemented to the benefit of the customer.

To raise the profile of Western Computer by developing effective sponsorship programs in the local community.

To manage and maintain marketing and sales collateral for both the retail, business and education divisions within the company.

To raise the profile of Western Computer by developing effective sponsorship programs in the local community.

Manage all aspects of Public Relations including press releases.


Requirements of candidates

• Bachelor degree in Marketing and 5 years of experience.
• Or Qualified chartered marketer (MCIM).
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Strong creative outlook.
• Good understanding of social media.
• Demonstrable experience in creating imaginative content and executing successful communications campaigns.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.

Desirable

• Experience in the IT sector and good understanding of the Apple brand.
• Full driving license.

Junior Service Technician  
Leamington Spa


Servicing and supporting all Apple products. An ideal opportunity to further develop a career working with Apple systems. You will be responsible for providing hardware and software support in a busy service centre environment.

Among a number of tasks your key responsibilities will be:

To provide the diagnosis of software and hardware faults
Prepare estimates for repair and communicate with customers directly
Install and test replacement parts
General administration

You will possess:

Computer experience hardware and software (Apple technical knowledge will be seen as an advantage)
